Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Shipping Location: We only ship to addresses within Colorado.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is shipped and a BikaBahn representative will be in touch with you.

Damages

Bikabahn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of Colorado.

Return Policy

No Returns Accepted: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at contact@bikabahn.com with details of the product and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
