By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

To purchase our products, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you place your order.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4.1 Shipping Policy

We ship products within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times will be provided at checkout.

4.2 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping carrier delays, or customs issues.

This policy governs the return and refund process for BikaBahn electric bicycles, categorized by whether the return is initiated for non-quality reasons (buyer's choice) or due to a manufacturing defect (quality issue).

5.1 Returns Due to Non-Quality Issues
Returns initiated for reasons other than a product defect are subject to the following timeframes, fees, and conditions based on the bike's usage.

A. If the Bike is Brand New and Unused

• Within 14 Days of Receipt: You are eligible for a full refund. However, the buyer must pay the return shipping fee.

  • Return Shipping Fee: $200

• 15 to 30 Days of Receipt: You are eligible for a full refund. The buyer must pay the return shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee, calculated based on the original order amount.

  • Return Shipping Fee: $200.

• Over 30 Days of Receipt: Returns are not permitted for unused bikes.

B. If the Bike is Used

• Within 30 Days of Receipt: You are eligible for a full refund. The buyer must pay the return shipping fee and a substantial 50% restocking fee, calculated based on the original order amount.

  • Return Shipping Fee: $200.

• Over 30 Days of Receipt: Returns are not permitted for used bikes.

5.2 Returns Due to Quality Issues (Defect or Damage)
If the return is necessary due to a defect, manufacturing error, or damage outside of user error, the following applies:

• Within 14 Days of Receipt: You are eligible for a full refund, and BikaBahn will cover the return shipping fee and any processing fees. Alternatively, you can opt for an exchange for another BikaBahn e-bike without incurring extra return shipping costs.

• 15 to 30 Days of Receipt: Resolution is handled on a case-by-case basis. You may be charged a portion of the return shipping fee depending on the specific situation. Please contact the BikaBahn customer service team, who will determine the required payment.

• Over 30 Days of Receipt: Returns or refunds are not allowed. At this point, the bicycle will be covered by the corresponding warranty services (e.g., replacement parts or repair).

• Note on Part Replacement: If a part is missing or defective within 30 days of receiving the bike, BikaBahn may send the replacement part free of charge, depending on the specific situation, instead of processing a full bike return.

Important Caveat: The BikaBahn team will carefully investigate all claims of quality issues. If the investigation determines that there is no actual defect and any damage found is intentional or man-made, the customer will still be responsible for the full return shipping fees.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bikabahn or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bikabahn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
